Joined the team with 1 month to go before National Signing Day which was the biggest project for the Football season end. I pitched two ideas for the theme, first was the Avengers Comic book theme. I loved this because it was simple but nostalgic and it would be able to make use of the assets that had already been created way before I got there. Unfortunately, it didn't get the okay. But I still love what it could have been.
The second was the Avengers Endgame theme poster but focusing on the Thor lightning and hammer "Mjolnir" because they had introduced a tradition of breaking a rock with the opponent's logo after each victory to signify conquering adversity. So I thought of thors hammer and went with the thor theme lightning and that was a part of the branding that coach Mendenhall used with the team practice facility, everything fell into place with the concept.
Right, when this was waiting on the go-ahead the head coach announced he was quitting which put a wrench in all our plans and timing but we managed to pull NSD together.
